Im November sendet der Sender fast 200 Stunden Globe Trekker. Hier die offizielle Meldung des Senders:
Globe Trekker comes to Travel Channel. Throughout November, Globe Trekker Month will be showcasing the incredible adventures of Ian Wright, Justine Shapiro, Megan McCormick and others as they journey across the world. No destination is left uncovered with over 200 hours of Globe Trekker programming showing the joys and agonies of travelling in places from Alaska to Australia.
The Globe Trekker team bring their unique perspective to bear on locations as diverse as Iran and New York City. With whole days dedicated to their travels in Africa, Europe and the USA along with a whole host of other destinations, wherever in the world inspires you, you'll be able to see it on Globe Trekker Month.
You'll also have the chance to vote for your favourite Globe Trekker programme with the winning episode being shown on the 28 th November. Immediately after this we will be showing the world premiere of Globe Trekker Toyko, a taster of the brand new series to be aired on Travel Channel next spring.
What's more you can ask Ian Wright himself what it is like beating a path around the world, as he will be on-line and ready to field your questions on the 30 th November from 21.00-22.00.
